Ken and Sophie Love Story

When Ken began his matchmaking journey he’d expected fireworks, but things didn’t start out like that. Although his matchmakers had introduced him to a few lovely ladies, none of them were quite the woman that he was looking for. He realized that he’d love to be able to connect with his future wife over their shared Jewish faith and culture. When Ken told his matchmaking team, they put their heads together and searched until they found someone truly special.

Sophie started her matchmaking journey still feeling unsure about the process. She even considered canceling her membership! After going back and forth with herself, she decided that it was time for her to take a chance on love. After many years supporting her late husband through illness, she knew it was her turn to be emotionally supported and cared for.

Sophie was nervous for her first introduction, but when she met Ken, she knew she’d made the right choice. From the beginning, they were perfect for each other. They sat and talked for hours on their first date, and every date that followed went the same way. Ken was attracted to Sophie’s calm, steady nature. She thought his adventurous spirit was exciting, and she couldn’t wait to know more. 

Since then, these two have been inseparable. They met each other’s families, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. When they moved in together, Ken’s dog Persie found a new best friend and walking companion in Sophie. They bought a beautiful home near Sophie’s kids, and they couldn’t be happier together.
