Heather is a talented Dating Coach and Certified Matchmaker who has been helping clients on their dating journey since 2007. As TMC’s Director of Coaching, she leads a team of highly skilled coaches. She is certified by Dr. Terri Orbuch as a Science-Based Certified Dating and Relationship Coach. This mentorship, along with her decades of experience, has given her a deep understanding of how to help clients heal from past relationships and approach the first date with confidence, including rebuilding self-esteem and recognizing the early signs of trustworthiness. She writes about all things healthy relationships, from navigating conflict to how the right partnership can help you realize your full potential.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Heather is just as passionate about personal growth. She is an avid podcast listener; her mornings usually feature tips for health from leading experts. Every day, Heather is dedicated to becoming healthier and stronger, both mentally and physically, even as she maintains her obsession with cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate (ideally in that order).
