There is no stress or confusion

Let me count the ways… He is extremely intelligent. He laughs at how funny I am. All my friends know that I am my own favorite comedian. He appreciates my amazing humor. Now, I find that he is competing with me and trying in vain to out-funny me. On a deeper and more serious level, we both share the same old-fashioned values and are Christians. There is no stress or confusion. When we are together, we truly enjoy each other’s company. I am at ease and able to be completely myself with him. I am in no way trying to impress him. I think we both impress each other and appreciate each other just by being ourselves.
