In celebration of National Matchmaker’s Day, we’re pulling back the curtain and introducing a few of the hearts and minds that make our clients’ romantic journeys possible.

Heather Drury – Director of Coaching

With 18 years in the industry, Heather has built an intuition so sharp she trusts it like a compass. She and her team created the Best of You luxury coaching and matchmaking program and now leads the coaching division at our sister company, Love Life Academy, with a laser focus on quality.

Her favorite moment? When a client once told her about their match: “He’s everything I never knew I always wanted.” It’s a phrase that has guided her approach ever since.

When she’s not coaching, Heather’s probably reading, crafting, or dating her husband of 23 years—because great relationships need tending at every stage.

LeighAnn – Matchmaker

A 26-year veteran, LeighAnn balances empathy and drive to help clients discover what they truly want. She’s fueled by the joy of receiving “Happy Hold” letters and seeing clients flourish in love.

Outside work, she’s a devoted mom, gardener, and—yes—a matchmaker even in her downtime. LeighAnn’s proudest moments include pairing couples like Cliff & Christina and Don & Sandy, whose success stories are proof that love has no expiration date.

Jodeci – Matchmaker

Since joining in March 2025, Jodeci has brought warmth and bubbly energy to her clients. She sees matchmaking as finding “the missing piece of the puzzle” for each person.

One of her most inspiring moments came from a widow who shared beautiful memories of her late husband. That honesty and vulnerability deepened Jodeci’s commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for clients to open up—and eventually find that next chapter of love.

Irene – Certified Matchmaker

For Irene, matchmaking is about courage and second chances. In her two years here, she’s helped clients step back into love, even when they didn’t believe it was possible.

One client’s story stands out: a widow who thought she’d never find happiness again after her husband’s passing. Today, she’s married and thriving. That’s proof, Irene says, that “all you have to do is step out on faith.”

Jess – Certified Matchmaker & Coach

Jess has been helping clients clear the emotional clutter for 11 years, guiding them toward what will truly make them happiest. She believes in honest, ongoing connection and often becomes “part of the family” for her clients.

She recalls working with one man for four years who dreamed of finding someone to “nerd out” with. By redefining what that meant and focusing on needs over a rigid checklist, Jess helped him find a partner he now shares both his life (and his nerdy passions) with.

Cindy – Client Advocate & Project Manager

With 25 years in the field, Cindy specializes in turning emotional roadblocks into relationship breakthroughs. She’s a strategist, confidante, and advocate for her clients, guiding them toward clarity and confidence.

Her takeaway after creating countless love stories? “When you’re intentional with the right people, right practice, and right plan, love gets real.”

Shannon – Matchmaker

In her year and a half with us, Shannon has made it her mission to be “a conduit” for her clients’ love journeys. Her competitive streak is matched only by her care, and her proudest story is pairing Nancy & Brian, two initially resistant clients who are now happily married.

When she’s not matchmaking, Shannon’s indulging in history, gaming, and learning something new.
