It all starts with a face-to-face initial consultation in our local office with a New Client Advisor. There you will have the opportunity to tell us about your dating journey and what you are looking for in a match. A comprehensive personal profile is assembled based on your input.  Based on this information, you and your advisor select a matchmaking program that works best for you.

Your matchmaking team goes to work finding you matches that most closely fit your requests from your initial consultation and profile. After a match is selected, the team speaks to each party of the match, approaching this step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This ensures both parties are invested in the match and excited to meet each other. Imagine someone else doing the legwork to help you find love.

Your matchmaking team is invested in each of your matches. As such, feedback from each introduction is important and key to your success. How did the date go, were you attracted to your match, what would you change to have a better experience? We learn from the feedback and refine your next introduction based on this feedback.
